q: WHY IS MY COUPON CODE OR VOUCHER NOT WORKING?
a: Are you purchasing an item from our VIP Exclusive Event or an item that is already discounted? If so, Vouchers and other Promotions can't be applied to VIP Events or already Discounted Items. Also, be sure to check the expiration date on your Voucher.

a: Always make sure you received an Order Confirmation for your Order. If you have not received an Order Confirmation from us most likely your Order did not go through. Please Contact Us and we’ll be happy to assist in every way.

q: How long will it take to receive my order?
a: All orders are normally shipped within 5 - 7 business days. Depending on your location, shipping time ranges between 3 to 5 business days. If for some reason there is a delay in your shipment we will notify you via email.

q: Do you Ship Internationally?
a: While we don't normally ship to international addresses we can upon request. Most International Shipping is USD$18 but an actual address is needed to provide a quote. Unfortunately, with International Priority we can not provide tracking or insurance, if your package gets lost we can not take responsibility for delivery. q: My credit card is being declined. What should I do?
a: Make sure you Reviewed your Billing and Shipping Information carefully. If you have a Middle Initial on a Credit Card, make sure to include it with your First Name under the Billing Information.
Also, double check that your Billing Address matches exactly with your Credit Card company’s records. If you've verified all your information, the best thing to do is to Contact Us, we'll be happy to assist in every way.
Emma Stine uses the Address Verification System (AVS) and Card Verification Code (CVV) for your safety and security. Emma Stine verifies the credit card billing address on all web transactions. If you wish, you can indicate different billing and shipping addresses for your order, but your billing address must match the credit card you are using.
CVV is an important security feature that appears on all credit cards. For Visa, MasterCard and Discover, the code is a three (3) digit number that appears at the end of the account number on the back of the card. For American Express, the code is a four (4) digit number on the front of the card above the account number. The card code appears only on the physical credit card, verifying that you are in possession of the card.
